Role:   

Netdigix is seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to provide support for Microsoft-based systems. The role includes troubleshooting our clients’ IT issues and supporting their variety of applications and technology needs.  

Our ideal candidate will bring: 

  • 3 years of excellent Customer Service experience
  • 1 year of IT help desk experience
  • 1 year of Windows operating systems experience
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Windows
    • Active Directory
    • Networking
    • Mail systems
    • Hardware Installations
    • Office 365
  • Exceptional documentation skills
  • A bachelor’s degree, college diploma or equivalent
