NETDIGIX SYSTEMS, is recognized as an industry leader in IT Managed Services, Cloud Hosting and IT Project Consulting in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. With an ever growing clientele we are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The Role:
As a part-time Service Coordinator Assistant, you will be primarily responsible for handling the day-to-day administrative needs of the company, creating incident and problem support tickets, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Your success will be achieved by:
- Being the first point of contact on customer and technical service incident tickets
- Creating Incident and Problem Support tickets
- Interacting directly with our clients, vendors and technical teams ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintaining an email queue in a ticket management system
- Handling Agreement audits and Procurement tracking
- Creating quotes on sales orders to track products and labour, following up with clients on quotes
- Managing additional activities as assigned

- A passion for outstanding Customer Service
- Comfortable with technology especially Microsoft Windows environment
- Strong communications skills to include written/oral English
- Good understanding of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Effective coordination, follow-up and time management skills
- Ability to be adaptable, flexible, multi-task and perform routine based tasks
- A positive personality and attitude, and an eagerness to learn and improve
- High school diploma
- Part-time: Flexible hours (12-20 Hours/week) (3-5 Days) within business hours Monday-Friday (9:00am - 5:00 pm)
