The Role:

As a part-time Administrative Assistant you will be primarily responsible for handling the day to day administrative needs of the company, including coordinating events and client requests.

Your success will be achieved by:

  • Greeting customers and answering the reception phone
  • Being the first point of contact on customer and technical service incidents
  • Creating Incident and Problem Support tickets
  • Interacting directly with our clients, vendors and technical teams ensuring client satisfaction
  • Maintaining an email queue in a ticket management system
  • Handling Accounts Receivables, Agreement Audits, and Procurement tracking
  • Creating quotes on sales orders to track products and labour, following up with clients on quotes
  • Managing Office related duties as assigned

  • Good understanding of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communications skills to include written/oral English
  • Effective coordination, follow-up and time management skills
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Ability to be adaptable, flexible, multi-task and perform routine based tasks
  • A positive personality and attitude, and an eagerness to learn and improve
  • Quickbooks experience would be an asset
  • High school diploma
  • Part-time: Flexible hours (20-25 Hours per week) (3-5 Days) within business hours Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 pm 
  • Salary: $13.50 per Hour
