As the Client Service Coordinator, you will be supporting the CEO to reach all internal and external organizational goals. The role is primarily focussed on the duties required to support the fast-paced nature of the company and the CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong decision-making skills, proven ability to establish priorities, exceptional interpersonal skills, polished customer service skills and the ability to exercise good independent judgement. You will also provide a full range of client service support including scheduling client requests, maintaining calendars, creating quotes on client sales orders and assisting with special projects.

 

Daily tasks vary and will include:

  • Working closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, providing consistent follow up to ensure commitments are met
  • Being the first point of contact on client and technical service requests
  • Ensuring that all tickets are triaged and dispatched within our Help Desk System
  • Interacting directly with our clients, vendors and technical teams ensuring client satisfaction
  • Creating quotes on sales orders to track products and labour
  • Managing ad-hoc priorities with enthusiasm

What skills are we looking for: 

  • 2 Years of Client Service role experience
  • A passion for  outstanding Customer Service, technology and making a difference
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to learn Company programs
  • Phenomenal organizational skills, detail oriented, responsive and accurate
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent team player, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to act with minimal supervision, discretion, maturity, and with absolute confidentiality
